My husband and I, started our home search at the beginning of 2024, but never committed to an agent, because no one felt like a good fit. We met Ms. Katherine at an open house she was hosting and from the moment we walked in and began speaking with her, it just felt right! Ms. Katherine was so attentive and took the time out to really understand what we wanted and was looking for not only in a home, but also the home buying process. We spent about an hour with her that day, and she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. After leaving the open house, my husband said to me, she's the one for us. The next day we emailed Ms. Katherine and told her the she was "our person".
